Shipping Fee

• We charge RM 7 (flat rate) for all West Malaysia orders.
• We charge RM 15 (flat rate) for all Sarawak orders.
• We charge RM 16 (flat rate) for all Sabah orders.
• However, all West Malaysia orders enjoy FREE SHIPPING when you spend RM75 minimum in a single order.
• While, all East Malaysia orders enjoy RM7 discount on shipping when you spend RM75 minimum in a single order.

Courier Services

• We use Skynet or Poslaju to deliver West Malaysia parcels.
• We use Poslaju service only to deliver East Malaysia parcels.
  
  

Delivery Time

• 5 - 7 working days for all West Malaysia shipments.
• 7 - 12 working days for all East Malaysia shipments.
• If you need your items urgently, please contact us via email, on Facebook page before placing your order.

How to Track Your Parcel

• Once your parcel is shipment, we will notify you the parcel tracking code via email.
• Alternatively, you can login to your account, and check your parcel shipment info under order history

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer return, refund or exchange.

If you have problems with our products, we strongly suggest you to contact us for consideration on a case-by-case basis.
